Capacity Building International (CBI) is a new webinar learning experience in conjunction with the NATO Stability Policing Center of Excellence (COE) Conference scheduled for October 2019. The conference will focus on the "spoilers" in stability policing operations, and provide recommendations for dealing with them to NATO, UN, and EU organizations. In addition to access to the conference, the academic experience will include a series of CBI facilitated webinars that will:

  1. Introduce students to the subject and origins of Stability Policing.

  2. Define the roles of international organizations such as NATO, the EU, OSCE, and the UN.

  3. Expand on NATO's Stability Policing efforts.

  4. Examine real-world examples of current NATO Stability Policing missions.

  5. Facilitate student learning with Q&A sessions throughout the series.
